"Sala".. is a generally accepted slang for both 'hum' the "Hindustani" and 'tum' the "Indian". Together this "HUM TUM" make the "Aam Admi"of the world's largest 'democracy'. This is our "INDIA".I agree with the TV ad that almost says "My India Strongest" in spite of the "Everest" of issues that surround her. Normally in this country the fate of the 'ordinary' people ie 'Aam Admi' always remain woefully harassed, pushed and frustrated through the year. However at the close every 5 years this 'Aam Admi' suddenly become extraordinarily powerful and remain wooed by all 'big,small and sundry' political parties of the country. Yes it is time for General Election. In the coming months for the 15th Lok Sabha, 714 million eligible voters would be 'bee lining' to the ballot boxes across 29 states,6 union territories to elect 543 members . 'Jaago-

I am not at all a 'fan follower' of any 'Award' ceremony. This has nothing to do with my frustration for not even bagging a 'consolation' prize through my 'Academic' years.However as a 'normal Indian' who will never tire of admiring the "HOLLYWOOD"..I decided to be one among the millions of Indians, who would have sat through this morning in front of their TV set watching 'live' the 81st Oscar Award Ceremony being held '7' seas away at city of "LOS ANGELES". The glitzy surrounds at the "Kodak" theater never for a moment gave me any feel of a "Recessioned America". 'Recession' or 'Slum.?.'p' the glitter & shows goes on, be it Hollywood or our own "Bollywood". Talking of awards, "Slumdog Millionaire" bagging 8 awards does not excite me.I know most of my 'fellow Indians' may absolutely remain 'disagreed' with me on that. To me "

The 'gone' 'year' and the 'gone by' years may have made "terrorism" a 'towering inferno'...yet the zest to be 'alive' and be around in a 'terror free' world runs high within us...I call this the "Towering Optimism". I was not able to connect my reader to my last blog entry "Oh..! What a "Head" !.. I appreciate being 'am..bushed'. I however feel..
