The New Year revelry that we saw in the city shows that sticky minds and filthy looks still remains a sign of chivalry among our youth. The police wielding the sticks was a well deserving action. Our police force may be harrasing but they surely remain politically the most harrased force in the country. They truly at times deserve our hearty compliments for sticking to their guns. On the other side our political forces continue to use us as the game to checkmate their political opponents . In year 2011 our politicians have also made us realize that all national movements linked to people are sheer tributaries that will eventually flow into the mainstream called politics. That proves Lok Pal was never a people's dream. It was and it will therefore continue to remain a political issue.
