'TeamWork'...what an idea ! SirJi..!!!!

Oh.."NoJi" .....'teamwork' is never an "idea" ...it is simply 'action'.when.. "like minded" people join in for actioning a defined 'agenda' for achieving individual goals..that will be rewarding & mutually profitable.

This is 'true'..and that is "Satyam" in Sanskrit. Such coming 'together' with a common intent always makes 'impossible' a possible 'deliverable'.In corporate parlance this is called "Management by Objective". By the way did you know "ethics" never enter the"Board Room". This gives a privilege to the 'members' of the "Board", their associated 'committee' and the so called statutory "watch dogs" to remain unscrupulous in all their 'transactions'. Well, well... don't start scratching your head ..I have this nasty habit of never able to come to the 'point' without beating around the 'bush'.I am trying to 'shake' away from this ..but...it is taking time ...Anyway you see it took 21 short years... for the promoter of "SATYAM".. a 'Blue Chip' Corporate entity with a 53 thousand strong employee base...to confess a $21 billion scam.

Let us face it..."Team Work" 'pays' but "Truth" 'prevails'..and this is no 'idea'...just a belief...that is both 'tried' and 'tested'...at 'ground' 'level'

In 21 short years "SATYAM" had become one of the big '4' in the 'IT' space.It had also remained a "bulls" delight and the 'shareholders' pride at the global stock market... until the morning of 7th January 2009...when it's promoter decided to spell out to the 'stake holders' the 'how','when',& 'why' of it all.... both in figures & words. Today as I scribble this...the 'press' and the 'media' is full of "SATYAM's...$21 billion scam...

While our government is scrambling around in an 'electioneering haste' to cover the gaping 'scam-holes'....the man on the street as usual remains apprehensive of those 'anytime' 'anywhere' bullets and blasts. For him 'Scams'/'Scandals' /'Corruptions' are just a matter of tolerance. Left to him ...he would always prefer not to remain a 'messy heap' when 'gone'.

Is "Death" scary..? Try asking that to the 'politicians', the VIPs & VVIPs ..when their 'Z' security takes a time 'off' for a 'leak'..

But 'PAPU' Can "Vote"...'Sala'..!

"Sala".. is a generally accepted slang for both 'hum' the "Hindustani" and 'tum' the "Indian". Together this "HUM TUM" make the "Aam Admi"of the world's largest 'democracy'. This is our "INDIA".I agree with the TV ad that almost says "My India Strongest" in spite of the "Everest" of issues that surround her. Normally in this country the fate of the 'ordinary' people ie 'Aam Admi' always remain woefully harassed, pushed and frustrated through the year. My expiriment with "TRUTH"..

It was today but the year was 1981 and the day was probably a Saturday. I was there on the ceremonial stretch of "Raj path".There were about 4 lac people like me "all excited", getting ready for the "action shot" for Richard Atendbrough's film "GANDHI". The scene was Gandhiji's "funeral procession".I was wearing white khadi "Pajama & Kurta" which I bought from Khadi gram udyog at 'Regal building the previous evening. This was the recommended "dress code" for the shoot. Probably I never thought then that I was about to be part of a "live action crowd" of this magnitude that will never again be filmed. Soon the heavy camera's parked on the cranes started rolling. I lost the count of how many times those giant like cameras zoomed in and zoomed out of me. I was simply emotionally charged walking the stretch shouting "Vande Matram","Mahatma Gandhi" "AmarRahe"...
