How long will be long enough....

Was it media ? Was it the politicians ? Or was it lack of absolute co-ordination between various govt agencies that left Mumbai burning for over 48 hours on that fateful day of November 26, 2008. All these will remain some of the questions and small talks that will be show cased as debate over our national channel as part of 26/11 anniversary episodes. This will be made an opportunity for the elite and so called intelligencia of our society to come dressed up and brushed up to give their brand 'I' a boost in front of the camera. Perhaps few of the surveyors and family members of the victims will also be interviewed forcing them to go through an agony they want to forget. The public as usual will light up the candles at Gateway of India as a mark of respect to those unlucky departed souls. Now with the sun setting on 26/11,it will be same time one year hence to see and hear the same repeats.

When do we, the people realize that terrorism is a political issue and it is a political necessity to keep it alive as long as possible. Also all lose of public life in all terror attacks will always simply remain some statistics for the politicians and government agencies to dissect and bisect to prove their point of achievements.

The question I pose for self here is that if in democracy, the public is given the right of electing their leaders, does it not become therefore a moral as well a serious and actual responsibility of their leaders to protect and safe guard the interest of the public including their lives..

Why is our life made so expendable a commodity ? Why do we allow ourselves to finance the up keeping of health & welfare of our politicians as well pay through our nose for the safety of their lives..? Politicians are people representatives and therefore are required to be accessible to public all time and not remain cocooned in army of commandos.

It is time we should let our politicians realise that they have no right to enjoy life ,glory and power at our cost. Let us make them know that if we can elect them,we can also work to perish them. How long will be long enough for us to come together and make the politicians realize that their wealth, fame, glory and power are the direct result of the power of our finances, sweat of our toil and blood of our loyalty.

Looking at the way our government and politicians are dragging their feet in dealing with terrorism & terrorists,it is time we seek time bound answers from them to know when are they going to ACT & for them..how long will be long enough...

DE LHI Gasping!!

Delhiites have turned   indifferent to the " Toxic Air" that they breath  They have stopped bothering about the "smoke screen " that is keeping away   "Sun light"  from giving them the ray of "HOPE"  to keep their lungs "Sun Shined" . Like "AGE"  for them now  even the  AQI (Air Quality Index) has become a sheer number .They have long since stopped reacting to the AQI  shooting up. They have lost their "JOSH"" to protest for their fundamental right to breath. Delhi is the very seat of the duly elected "POWER".  of  World's largest Democracy  The "custodian" of this Democracy reside here  at   "7 LOK KALYAN"  but remain hardly visible in and around the city This  "custodian"  continues to remain the very "Most"  'Frequent Flier' of our Democracy and  the only  'STAR '  campaigner for the political party that he comes from.    Getting re-elected...

MY MODISTORY

I am one among 900  million plus    "nuts and bolts" of our  Democracy , who   become "faceless" faces in the crowd after  every 5 years.  Year 2014 election was in every sense historic It was beyond doubt a landslide victory for BJP and the beginning of  the so called "MODI" Raj  In year 2014 my reason and my josh for  casting my vote for  BJP was "Modi". His speeches were "sparkling confidence" that set ablaze the confidence of  the nation that was trying to rise up from the cesspool of corruption   Looking back now after 11 years I realise that year 2014 was also  the beginning of era called   "Political Branding" that would  covert  a "politician" into a larger than life  "Mega Leader" Perhaps that is the reason that today in politics "anti-incumbency" does not matter at all . Here are  in brief  a Common man's  bunch of thoughts on "Modi Story". These ...
