"Gandhi" a name to reckon !

Had it been names like 'John','Johnny','Janardhan',I would have casually said what's in a name! and left it there for the "naseeb"to take on. However you can't remain so casual about a name called "GANDHI". Today this name has proved to be much more than Domino's power pizza because the "aam aadmi" is loving it. Honestly be it Mac or Donald....this is no branding campaign. This name "Gandhi" today dominates the political power of the largest democracy in the world.This name doesn't need muscle power to inspire "aam aadmi". 'Symbolic' gestures of "austerity" drives and "cattle-travel" are enough to keep this "Gandhi family".roaring with power. Democracy at the end of it all remains for them simply a "family affair".
Far away from this 'Gandhi' of today..there once stood a "Gandhi" who dared the mighty British Empire with his 'simplicity' and 'tolerance' to "Quit India".For him 'austerity' and 'cattle travel' was never "symbolic gestures" but a way of life. He became the very "Heart Beat" for millions of Indians in their collective struggle to 'dare','dream' and 'deliver' this country from the slavery of the "British Raj".

"Mohan Das karam Chand Gandhi" does truly remain a "Mahatma Gandhi". His being the "Father of this Nation" may be symbolic,but if you pause a while to listen to your "heart beats",I am sure you will realise that he dared & suffered them all just for 'me','you' and 'us'.For him every "Amar,Akabar & Anthony" mattered. Simply put the name "Gandhi" may not always remain a 'name' to reckon,but definitely the 'name' "Mahatma Gandhi" will continue to remain an "icon" and "inspiration" across the world "today and tomorrow"..& may be there after too...!

Just about...being a "Father"

A new world greeted them with smile and happiness when they... "Just met" and soon for them the wedding bells rang... Now, they are happily lost in their own world & together are learning to set- up a 'Home’ of their own... away from what was a home for them a little earlier in the year....That's "his" daughter & "his" son in-law. ..Being very adorable, the house has become little less chirpy after her moving out….. …."He" now does feel the boredom...but will never show it off...
