Do you hear us...." Blindfolded Lady"!

In 2008 twelve of them came from the sea, jaywalked into the city firing and bombing. The city of 14 million people were aghast and  remained helpless spectators & victims  to the massacre that proved once again that Indian Security system is an untold story of Errors and Omissions. Ajmal Kasab  one of the twelve terrorist  who was caught alive from the scene of massacre went on to enjoy the hospitality of the Indian government for almost 5 years. It was only after public hue and cry a logical judgement came that saw Kasab  on the noose for good.  By this time Indian govt had  already spent crores of rupees for up keeping the health & security of Ajmal Kasab at the Arthur Road prison

Sarabjit Singh an Indian national who accidently  strayed into Pakistan a good 3 months after the Lahore Bomb Blast in 1990  lies brain dead at Jinha Hospital, Lahore with sans security. He was shifted to the hospital after being  brutally attacked in Kot Lakpat Jail , Lahore by other inmates.

In 1984 we were witness to  massacring of the Sikhs  in Delhi  that was more bloodying  and more horrifying than the blood bath of partition. That fateful day the politicians who were practically responsible for letting loose the devils into the streets of Delhi  are even today after 28 years of this anti Sikh riots are freely walking around in their  pristine white Kurta and pajamas . The citizens of this Nation continues to remain deprived  deceived  and duped by our national  signature slogan Satyamev Jayate.....

How long the systems in this country will continue to pretend to preserve the liberty of the ordinary people by protecting the freedom of the Politicians...?  Do you hear us.... Blindfold Lady!

In conversation with Bapu....

With 'Sare Jahan Se Achcha' and 'Abide with Me'the Soul-stirring martial tunes and solemn drum beats at the majestic Raisina Hills the "Beating the Retreat" ceremony marked the conclusion of the week long ceremonial functions of India celebrating her 62nd year of Republic. As the illumination lit up the edifices of Imperial India..my thought reached out to that day into the history of independence that finally dropped the curtain on a life called "Gandhi"...the man whose experiment with truth may not have jelled with today but his name has truly become the brand that remain most misused & manipulated both in trade & politics. As I key-in these lines I can read out the conversation that would have transpired between the "soul of Nation" (SON) and "Mahatma Gandhi"(Bapu)....Read on what I read..... SON: Bapu it's me,are you sleeping....? BAPU: How can you ask that...don't you know this day in the year 1948..I was gu...

But 'PAPU' Can "Vote"...'Sala'..!

"Sala".. is a generally accepted slang for both 'hum' the "Hindustani" and 'tum' the "Indian". Together this "HUM TUM" make the "Aam Admi"of the world's largest 'democracy'. This is our "INDIA".I agree with the TV ad that almost says "My India Strongest" in spite of the "Everest" of issues that surround her. Normally in this country the fate of the 'ordinary' people ie 'Aam Admi' always remain woefully harassed, pushed and frustrated through the year. However at the close every 5 years this 'Aam Admi' suddenly become extraordinarily powerful and remain wooed by all 'big, small and sundry' political parties of the country. Yes it is time for General Election. In the coming months for the 15th Lok Sabha, 714 million eligible voters would be 'bee lining' to the ballot boxes across 29 states,6 union territories to elect 543 members . 'Jaago-...

Just about...being a "Father"

A new world greeted them with smile and happiness when they... "Just met" and soon for them the wedding bells rang... Now, they are happily lost in their own world & together are learning to set- up a 'Home’ of their own... away from what was a home for them a little earlier in the year....That's "his" daughter & "his" son in-law. ..Being very adorable, the house has become little less chirpy after her moving out….. …."He" now does feel the boredom...but will never show it off... Because "he" is the father ...and expected to put on a stern face & always remain a 'matter of fact' person..... He is all set to explore & build-up a learning curve that may see him well in life in about a couple of years from now. After his graduation he may probably start living away from home in a distant land in pursuit of excellence...That's "His" son Being the darling of the house, "he" is...
