Its time enough to be a "Ravan" ?

How can our judiciary as well our constitution give right to terrorists to file mercy petition against death sentences upheld by the highest court of justice in the country. The neck of "Afzal Guru", the master mind behind the terror attack on our Parliament should have been on the 'noose' four years back, when the supreme court had upheld his death sentence. However today he still remains hail & hearty, stealing media time as well political attention.

How can the "chief minister" of a state sit over the file of "Afzal Guru" for four long years, simply because she feels hanging "Afzal Guru" will create law & order problem in the state, where incidentally 'law & order' as it is remains a perpetual question mark..?

In a country where 7000 people die every day of hunger, our government spends over rupees 2 lac a day to maintain and protect "Kassab" the butcher of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. On date it is estimated that more than forty crores stands spent on Kassab's up-keeping. Further it is also certain that our wonderful "judiciary" will remain magnanimous enough to give "Kassab" the opportunity to appeal against his death sentence to higher courts and then eventually also allow him to file a 'mercy petition' against the death sentence.

The president of India would have to clear 27 'mercy petitions' before she looks at the 'mercy petition' of "Afzal Guru" and now very soon in near future there will come file no 29, seeking "mercy" for "Kassab".

Looking at the goings on in our political theaters as well watching the "dragging feet" of our government in power, it will not at all be anything absurd if an "Aam Admi" visualizes ..

(a)"Afzal Guru" walking away to the 'valley' and becoming a hero of sorts and continues the task of vanishing the valley's 'minority community'
(b)"Kassab" returning to Mumbai "Bees Sal Baad" with his son and pridefully showing him the "Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus" where he once upon in time had massacred hundreds of innocents and had made "Mumbai" literally come to her knees...

Does not all this make us believe that we the "Aam Admi" definitely seem blessed for being able to maintain our sanity..? I am sure we would need "TEN" HEADS" of the legendary "RAVAN" in order to appreciate the ability of our government as well understand the nobility of our politicians.

Should we think it's time enough for us to be a "Ravan" in today's "Ram Raj"..?
